The Man and His List of Credentials
Jeremy Schulman is Chair of the Law Department at Schulman Bhattacharya and served as co-chair of the firm’s Global Dispute Resolution Practice Group in 2017. He focuses his practice on business law matters and offers clients a broad range of legal advice on matters related to intellectual property, contract negotiation, software licensing and other technology transactions.
He has published several articles and papers, including “A Socio-Legal Analysis of the 2010 Financial Reform Legislation: The Dodd-Frank Act and Beyond” (New Mexico Law Review).
He is also a shareholder of Schulman Bhattacharya and Co., has been practicing law for 8 years. His focus is on criminal defense but he also handles civil litigation, family law and worker’s compensation cases.

He has been studying and working on visual analysis since his early days at Google, where he was part of the founding team that created Google Flu Trends. Jeremy then co-founded Clarity Insights, a software company focused on data visualization and analysis. Jeremy Schulman practice focuses on commercial real estate and small business lending transactions, including the structuring, document preparation and closing of real estate finance loans and loan participations; leveraged buy-outs and recapitalizations involving privately held businesses; workouts and restructuring of troubled debtor/creditor relationships; corporate governance opinions and advising on company organization matters.
